United Airlines Pilot Accused of Ripping Orthodox Jewish Passenger from Bathroom in Mid-Air Horror

A United Airlines flight took a disturbing turn when an Orthodox Jewish passenger, Yisroel Liebb, was allegedly yanked from the airplane bathroom by the pilot himself—his pants still down—after he spent over 20 minutes inside due to constipation. The shocking incident, which unfolded on a flight from Tulum, Mexico, to Houston, has sparked a federal lawsuit against the airline and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, raising serious concerns over religious discrimination and abuse of authority.

Liebb, a New Jersey resident, recounted the humiliating ordeal, claiming the pilot not only forced the bathroom door open but also exposed him to fellow passengers, flight attendants, and his travel companion, Jacob Sebbag. According to the lawsuit, the pilot made derogatory remarks about their Jewish faith and threatened them with arrest before shoving them back to their seats.

The nightmare didn’t end in the skies. Upon landing in Houston, a swarm of Customs and Border Protection officers stormed the aircraft and escorted Liebb and Sebbag off in handcuffs. The lawsuit alleges that when Liebb questioned why they were being detained, an officer chillingly replied: “This isn’t county or state. We are Homeland. You have no rights here.”

The men, initially headed to New York, were stranded overnight, forced to cover hotel and food expenses despite being rebooked by United the next day. While the airline and CBP have remained tight-lipped due to ongoing litigation, the lawsuit is already igniting public outrage, with many calling it a blatant case of religious profiling and an abuse of power.

Could this be the latest case of airlines overstepping boundaries, or is there more to the story? The controversy continues to unfold, leaving passengers wondering just how safe—and respected—they really are in the skies.
