Ado LGA Mourns the Passing of Chief Dan Agbese

The Executive Chairman of Ado Local Government, Engr. Sunny Oche, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Chief Dan Agbese, veteran journalist and founder of Newswatch Magazine. According to the Chairman, Chief Agbese’s death is a loss too heavy for Ado Local Government to bear, as his departure has created a vacuum that will be difficult to replace. He stated that Chief Agbese’s immense contributions to journalism and the development of the community will be deeply missed.

On behalf of the government and people of Ado Local Government, the Chairman extends heartfelt condolences to the immediate family of the late media icon and to the people of Ado. He prayed that Chief Agbese’s cherished memories will bring comfort, courage, and strength to all who are grieving this painful loss.

The Chairman also assured the family of the full support of the local government throughout the mourning period and the burial process.
