Ado Local Government Chairman Mourns the Demise of Late Hon. Emmanuel Ajagbo, Urges Lawmakers to Uphold His Legacy

The Executive Chairman of Ado Local Government Area, Engr. Sunny Oche, has received with profound grief the news of the passing of the immediate past Leader of the Ado Local Government Legislative House, Late Hon. Emmanuel Ajagbo. The Chairman described the loss as a devastating blow to the entire Ado people, noting that the news came as a rude shock, particularly at a time when Hon. Ajagbo was believed to be recovering.

Engr. Oche paid glowing tribute to the late lawmaker, describing him as a principled, selfless, and committed leader who devoted his strength and intellect to the growth and stability of the Legislative House and the overall development of Ado Local Government and Benue State at large. According to the Chairman, Hon. Ajagbo distinguished himself through exemplary leadership, legislative diligence, and unwavering dedication to public service. His tenure as Leader of the House was marked by maturity, unity-building, and a deep sense of responsibility that earned him respect across political and social divides.

The Chairman therefore charged the current councillors and members of the Legislative House to honour the memory of the late Hon. Ajagbo by emulating his discipline, humility, and passion for service. He stressed that the greatest tribute to the departed leader would be the preservation of the values he stood for and the continuation of the developmental ideals he championed.

Engr. Oche called on the people of Ado Local Government to pray for the peaceful repose of the soul of Hon. Emmanuel Ajagbo and extended heartfelt condolences to his immediate family, political associates, and the entire Legislative House. He prayed that God grants them, and indeed the whole Ado community, the strength and fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.
