Barcelona has set its sights on Rayo Vallecano’s impressive right-back Andrei Ratiu, as they look to strengthen their defensive options for next season. The 26-year-old Romanian international has been in top form this season, making him a standout target for the Blaugrana.
However, Barcelona won’t have an easy ride, as a host of top clubs, including Atletico Madrid, Villarreal, AS Roma, and Aston Villa, are all keen on securing his services. Ratiu, who has featured in 22 matches so far this season, contributing two goals and two assists, has been crucial in Rayo’s push for European spots.
