Kelvin Ogboru, Senior Special Assistant on Special Duties to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, has confidently predicted a crushing defeat for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections. Speaking at a youth-led event in Ovwian, Delta Central, over the weekend, Ogboru declared that there is “no vacancy in Osadebe House.”

Reaffirming his loyalty to Governor Oborevwori, he dismissed the APC as a “rudderless party devoid of vision and unity.” According to Ogboru, the PDP remains the only credible party in Delta State, with Governor Oborevwori delivering historic progress under the MORE Agenda.

“True leadership isn’t about noise and empty promises but real results,” he stated, comparing the governor’s leadership style to visionary leaders like Lee Kuan Yew. He mocked the opposition for relying on federal influence rather than grassroots support, adding, “While APC scrambles for a credible candidate, PDP already has a proven leader.”

Ogboru called on all PDP appointees to strengthen grassroots mobilization, assuring that come 2027, Deltans will “choose progress over propaganda and development over deception.”
