With the 2027 elections on the horizon, former Lagos PDP governorship candidate Dr. Abdul-Azeez Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, has been making bold political moves. His latest? A closed-door meeting with President Bola Tinubu.

Jandor’s meeting with Tinubu comes after a series of high-profile consultations with national political heavyweights, including former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, ex-President Ibrahim Babangida, former Head of State Gen. Abdulsalami Abubakar, and 2023 SDP presidential candidate Prince Adewole Adebayo.

His spokesperson, Gbenga Ogunleye, confirmed the development, stating that these meetings are part of Jandor’s ongoing political consultations following his recent resignation from the PDP.

“The PDP National Secretary and other leaders have reached out, urging him to reconsider his resignation,” Ogunleye revealed.

Jandor is now set to meet with his political allies and key stakeholders in Lagos this weekend before addressing the media on Monday, March 17, 2025.
