Nigerian stars Ademola Lookman and Samuel Chukwueze have been named among the top 50 dribblers in the Italian Serie A for the 2024/25 season, according to Euro Football Rumours.
Lookman, who plays for Atalanta, leads the Nigerian contingent with 27 successful dribbles in 23 league appearances, ranking 22nd overall. The former Everton winger has also been a key attacking force, netting 13 goals and providing five assists this season.
AC Milan’s Chukwueze sits 40th on the list with 20 completed dribbles, despite limited game time. The 24-year-old has played just 796 minutes across 21 matches but maintains an impressive dribbling efficiency, averaging 2.2 dribbles per 90 minutes.
At the top of the dribbling charts is Como’s Nico Paz with 57 dribbles, followed by AC Milan’s Rafael Leão (50) and Venezia’s Gaetano Oristanio (48).
With Nigeria’s 2026 World Cup qualifiers approaching, both Lookman and Chukwueze have joined the Super Eagles camp ahead of matches against Rwanda and Zimbabwe. Lookman is expected to play a crucial role, while Chukwueze faces tough competition for a starting spot.
