Nigerian Defence Academy to Conduct Live-Fire Exercise in Kaduna State

The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) has announced plans to conduct a live-fire exercise from April 10 to April 12, in the Open Range in Afaka, Kaduna State. The exercise is part of the Elementary Application of Fire Exercise for cadets of the 75 Regular Course, aimed at enhancing their tactical proficiency and firing skills.

The NDA has emphasized public safety and implemented strict safety protocols to prevent accidents during the exercise. Residents, particularly herders and farmers in surrounding areas, are advised to avoid the designated range area during the exercise. Unauthorized personnel will not be permitted access to the firing range.
