NYSC Releases 2026 Batch A Stream II Timetable

The National Youth Service Corps has announced the schedule for the 2026 Batch ‘A’ Stream II orientation exercise, with activities set to begin on April 22 nationwide.

In an official statement, the scheme disclosed that the orientation programme will run simultaneously across all states and the Federal Capital Territory.

Registration of prospective corps members is expected to commence on April 22 and conclude on April 24. The swearing-in ceremony will take place on April 24, while the orientation programme is scheduled to end on May 12.

The scheme also issued safety guidelines for participants, advising them to avoid travelling at night. Corps members were encouraged to break their journeys in safe locations such as military formations, police stations, or designated lodges if necessary.

Additionally, the NYSC announced that supplementary online registration for newly uploaded prospective corps members will take place from April 9 to April 11.

Affected candidates have been advised to complete their registration within the specified period and ensure all required documents are properly prepared ahead of camp.
