Actress Regina Chukwu has revealed her deepest regret in a candid video shared on her YouTube channel, opening up about a harrowing experience she endured five years ago while working on a movie set.

In the video, Chukwu recalled staying at a hotel on Ayilara Street with actor Akin Lewis after a late-night shoot. Despite having reservations about the hotel’s reputation, Chukwu was persuaded by Lewis to stay, a decision that led to a traumatic encounter with armed robbers.

Chukwu detailed the terrifying experience when armed robbers broke into her hotel room, abducted her, and stole money from her account using her ATM card. The memory, she said, continues to haunt her.

“My greatest regret was listening to the advice I got,” Chukwu said, reflecting on the incident. “I was on set, and after finishing at 1:00 AM, I was booked into a hotel with Akin Lewis. The hotel was sketchy, filled with prostitutes, and I didn’t want to stay. But Akin Lewis insisted, and out of respect for him, I agreed. It turned out to be the worst decision I could have made.”
