Determined to speed up his rehabilitation, Antonio flew to Dubai on February 7 for an intense warm-weather training camp. His sessions in the UAE focused on gym workouts, strength training, and mobility exercises to rebuild his fitness.

After two weeks of hard work, the Jamaican international is now set to return to the UK, where he will continue his rehabilitation under West Ham’s medical staff. His goal? A sensational comeback before the season ends.

Antonio wasn’t alone in Dubai—West Ham teammate Niclas Fullkrug was also in the UAE, working on his recovery from a hamstring injury. He has since returned to England and remains focused on regaining full fitness.
