Lewis Hamilton has fired back at claims that he’s losing faith in Ferrari, calling the rumors “complete rubbish” ahead of this weekend’s Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka.

The seven-time world champion has already experienced a rollercoaster start with Ferrari—finishing 10th in Australia, clinching his first sprint race win in China, and then facing the disappointment of disqualification from the Chinese Grand Prix due to a technical infringement.

Despite the setback, Hamilton insists his belief in the team remains unshaken.

“I have absolute 100 percent faith in this team,” he told reporters.

Hamilton Calls Red Bull’s Driver Switch ‘Harsh’

Switching gears to the Red Bull driver shake-up, Hamilton wasn’t surprised that Yuki Tsunoda replaced Liam Lawson just two races into the season—but he wasn’t a fan of how it happened.

“It was pretty harsh,” Hamilton said, expressing sympathy for the 23-year-old Lawson. “There’s a lot of pressure on young drivers, and two races just isn’t enough time to prove yourself.”
