The training, hosted on Telegram, offers participants an exciting opportunity to learn, engage, and earn while gaining hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 space. With the first batch of over 300 participants completing their training by the end of March 2025, Fejiro’s initiative is already making a significant impact.
Empowering the Next Generation
Fejiro, a staunch advocate for youth empowerment, is committed to preparing young Nigerians for success in the digital age. He shared his vision, saying, “What if the cure for cancer or world hunger is stored in an uneducated mind? We must do all we can to support everyone, both young and old.” His mission is clear: to train a million people in his lifetime, providing them with the knowledge and tools to participate in the global digital transformation.
Participants are being equipped with a robust, interactive curriculum covering everything from cryptocurrency and blockchain fundamentals to the security essentials of using crypto safely. The program also delves into real-world applications across industries, offering participants the chance to gain practical experience while earning rewards for their efforts.
A Glimpse into the Future of Digital Finance
Cryptocurrency is rapidly emerging as a cornerstone of the global economy, with innovations such as Bitcoin ETFs, stablecoins for cross-border payments, and the rise of layer-2 networks like Arbitrum and Base reshaping financial systems. These trends are opening new career and income opportunities in areas like Web3 product management, blockchain development, crypto marketing, NFT project strategy, and decentralized finance (DeFi) analytics.
Participants in the program are already seeing the value of their new knowledge. Iyanuoluwa, one of the trainees, shared, “This crypto training has expanded my understanding of digital currencies and blockchain. It has given me the confidence to explore new opportunities in this ever-evolving space.” Similarly, Kareem expressed excitement about his newfound ability to identify valuable tokens and stay actively engaged in the ecosystem: “I’ve learned effective strategies for identifying upcoming airdrops and staying ahead of the game.”

Fejiro’s vision for the future doesn’t stop at the current program. He is determined to keep empowering young Nigerians by offering full scholarships to 100 deserving candidates for the AltSchool Diploma course, which will further enhance their skills in tech and emerging fields.
