Former White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci has issued a stark warning to UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer ahead of his meeting with Donald Trump, claiming the former president is “unwell” and surrounded by enablers.
Speaking on the Off Air… with Jane and Fi podcast, Scaramucci—who once supported Trump before becoming a fierce critic—didn’t hold back.
“Trump’s obviously got something wrong with him,” he said. “I would say to Keir Starmer: the guy is unwell, and he’s surrounded by willing sycophants who pretend he’s not.”
He advised Starmer to tread carefully, suggesting polite flattery if necessary but ultimately warning, “Don’t get too close—he harms everyone in his path.”
AI Gaza Video Adds to Concerns
Scaramucci pointed to a recent AI-generated video posted by Trump on Truth Social, depicting a futuristic Gaza under Trump’s ownership, as further proof of his erratic behavior.
“You don’t have to be a clinical profiler to see something’s wrong,” he remarked. “It’s like spotting a broken leg with the bone sticking out—you don’t need to be a doctor to know it’s broken.”
Longstanding Feud Resurfaces
Scaramucci’s latest remarks reignite his long-running feud with Trump. In 2019, Trump mocked him on Twitter after his White House exit, dismissing him as “totally incapable” and only relevant for TV appearances.
But Scaramucci made it personal, explaining he turned against Trump after the then-president publicly attacked his wife amid marital struggles. “He’s a low life,” Scaramucci said. “Once he did that, I started eviscerating him.”
With Trump making another bid for power, Scaramucci’s warning raises fresh concerns about his influence—and Starmer’s approach to dealing with him. Will the UK leader heed the advice or take his chances in Trump’s orbit?
