As part of the initiative, over 1,000 new health workers have been recruited, and both new hospitals have been built and existing ones upgraded. The state’s health workers, doctors, consultants, and nurses, are being compensated generously, with monthly salaries reaching up to half a million Naira for health officials.

In addition to healthcare, the Soludo administration has prioritized education and youth empowerment. The government has recruited 8,115 teachers, modernized public schools, and launched the ‘One Youth, Two Skills’ acquisition program to equip young people with practical skills.
