The Executive Chairman of Ado Local Government Area, Engr. Sunny Oche, has warmly congratulated the Executive Governor of Benue State, Hyacinth Iormen Alia, on his emergence as the flagbearer of the All Progressives Congress for the 2027 gubernatorial election.
In a congratulatory message issued on Friday, the Chairman described Governor Alia’s victory at the party primary as a resounding affirmation of the confidence and trust reposed in his leadership by members of the party and the people of Benue State.
Engr. Oche stated that Governor Alia’s emergence reflects the widespread acceptance of his administration’s developmental strides, commitment to good governance, and dedication to improving the welfare of the people.
According to the Chairman, the Governor has continued to demonstrate purposeful and visionary leadership through policies and programmes aimed at restoring hope, strengthening institutions, and advancing sustainable development across the state.
“Governor Alia’s impactful leadership has continued to inspire confidence among the people of Benue State. His administration has remained focused on delivering democratic dividends and laying a solid foundation for lasting progress and stability,” he stated.
The Chairman further noted that the Governor’s renewed mandate as the party’s candidate presents another opportunity to consolidate on the gains already recorded under the administration.
Engr. Oche reaffirmed his unwavering loyalty and support for the Governor’s vision and leadership, expressing confidence that a second-term administration would accelerate the pace of development and usher Benue State into a new era of greater prosperity and transformation.
