In a bold move to enhance efficiency and performance, the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) has unveiled its new eight-member Senior Management Team. This follows the recent appointment of its Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) and Board of Directors.
The new team, effective immediately, will be led by GCEO Bashir Bayo Ojulari and reflects NNPCL’s strategic realignment as the company positions itself for success in Nigeria’s rapidly evolving energy sector.
The key appointments are as follows:
Rowland Ewubare – Group Chief Operating Officer
Adedapo Segun – Group Chief Financial Officer
Olalekan Ogunleye – Executive Vice President, Gas, Power & New Energy
Udy Ntia – Executive Vice President, Upstream
Mumuni Dangazau – Executive Vice President, Downstream
Sophia Mbakwe – Executive Vice President, Business Services
Adesua Dozie – Company Secretary & Chief Legal Officer
These appointments align with NNPCL’s ongoing mission to fully embrace its role as a commercial entity under the Petroleum Industry Act (PIA), focusing on innovation and strengthening its global energy presence.
