The Executive Governor of Benue State, the Reverend Fr. Dr. Hyacinth Iormem Alia, presented a brand-new Toyota Land Cruiser Prado to the Chairman of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), Benue State Section, and Executive Chairman of the Kwande Local Government Area, the Honorable Neji Vitalis Terhile.
The formal presentation was made on behalf of the Governor by his Chief of Staff, the Honorable Barr. Atagher Moses, at Government House, Makurdi. This gesture underscores Governor Alia’s commitment to strengthening local government and fostering effective leadership from the ground up.
Upon receiving the vehicle, the Honorable Vitalis Terhile Neji expressed his deep gratitude to Governor Alia for the support, describing it as a morale booster and a clear demonstration of the administration’s determination to empower local government leadership for optimal service delivery.
He further reaffirmed his loyalty and dedication to the Governor’s vision of a greater Benue State, pledging to continue promoting good governance, sustainable development, and improved service delivery to the residents of the Kwande Local Government Area and the state as a whole.
