Former Sokoto State Governor and serving Senator, Aminu Tambuwal, has boldly declared that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will reclaim power from the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.

Speaking on Monday at the launch of a Ramadan relief program in Sokoto, Tambuwal expressed confidence that the PDP would regain its “stolen mandate.”

The initiative, aimed at easing the economic burden on citizens, will provide food assistance to over 30,000 households across Sokoto State. Tambuwal highlighted that PDP lawmakers at both state and federal levels have been actively supporting struggling Nigerians by distributing rice, grains, and other essential items—particularly to women and youth groups.

Reflecting on the significance of Ramadan, Tambuwal urged unity within the party and reaffirmed the PDP’s commitment to reclaiming leadership. “By the grace of Allah, what was taken from us will be returned in 2027,” he assured.
