Greenlaw has established himself as one of the most productive off-ball linebackers in the NFL. Since entering the league with the San Francisco 49ers in 2019, he has recorded:

- 3 interceptions and 14 passes defended
Now, he reunites with former 49ers teammate Talanoa Hufanga in Denver, bringing experience and playmaking ability to the Broncos’ defense. However, availability has been his biggest challenge.
A CAREER PLAGUED BY INJURIES
Despite his impact on the field, Greenlaw has played a full season only once, back in his rookie year. Over the years, he has missed 36 games due to injuries, including quad, groin, calf, hamstring, and Achilles issues. His most recent setback, a torn Achilles suffered in Super Bowl LVIII, limited him to just two games in 2024.
The Broncos are taking a risk, hoping that Greenlaw can overcome his history of injuries and return to his previous form.

Greenlaw’s ability to deliver in clutch moments is well-documented. His game-saving tackle against the Seattle Seahawks in the final game of the 2019 season secured the NFC West title and home-field advantage for the 49ers, helping propel them to the Super Bowl.
If he can stay healthy, he could be a difference-maker for Denver. But with a history of setbacks, there is reason to question whether this signing will pay off.
